If you want the facts, this is where you’ll find them.
I created The Mom Pact to centralize accurate information about the realities working moms face and the systems that shape their experience.
This platform compiles research, data, and lived experience in one place so anyone who needs a clear understanding of the issues can see where improvement is needed and join us toward actual change. The result is a focused, evidence-based view of the specific areas where the system must change and the actions that move that change forward.
Before building The Mom Pact, and still today, I work as an M&A Executive focused on corporate strategy, dealmaking, and operational scale. My career has been built on leading high-growth teams, negotiating complex deals, and advocating for women in finance. I have spent years guiding organizations where clarity, strategy, and execution matter.
Motherhood changed how I saw those environments. The demands of childcare, financial responsibility, and daily logistics collided with expectations that were not designed with working mothers in mind. What often looks like a personal challenge is, in reality, a structural one.
I created The Mom Pact to make those realities clear. This platform centralizes research, data, and lived experience so anyone who wants to understand what working moms are navigating can see where the system falls short and where meaningful change is needed. The goal is straightforward: provide credible, evidence-based insight that supports better decisions, stronger structures, and measurable progress for working moms.
Now I am focused on exposing the gaps that affect working moms and making clear what the system gets wrong. The Mom Pact exists to present the research, lived experience, and data that reveal the realities behind declining statistics and stalled progress.
This platform is about truth, visibility, and laying the groundwork for change. When the issues are understood, the solutions become possible.
The best part? You get the facts. Clear, credible, and grounded in real experience and data.
